This beautiful wedding was nothing short of magical. We are thrilled for Claire and Issac! Surrounded by their closest friends and family, these two sweet souls celebrated their love at The Admiral’s House in Seattle. Perched above the bay, this iconic venue offered the perfect backdrop for a day filled with sunshine, joy, and heartfelt moments.
Guests enjoyed a stunning spread of seasonal bites and bold flavors, including grilled bruschetta topped with port-infused goat cheese, fresh figs, and ribbons of basil, and Thai grilled chicken skewers glazed with a honey-peanut coconut sauce. The Grand European cheese display featured a curated selection of cheeses and cured meats, paired with seasonal fruits, vanilla-chipotle spiced pecans, herb-roasted olives, Pike Place Market vegetables, and homemade tapenades. Served with rosemary crackers and warm French baguettes, the display was artfully garnished with fresh herbs and edible flowers.
Guests were treated to an elegant plated dinner beginning with a fresh salad of delicate greens tossed in a blackberry and champagne vinaigrette, topped with local chèvre and vanilla-chipotle spiced pecans, served alongside artisan breads with herb-infused olive oil and balsamic vinegar. For the main course, guests chose from three thoughtfully crafted entrées: Boneless braised beef short rib with a rich Marchand de Vin reduction, paired with roasted garlic mashed potatoes and seasonal grilled vegetables. Mediterranean roasted chicken thighs with gourmet olives and preserved lemons, served with lemon and chive orzo salad with goat cheese and arugula, and seasonal grilled vegetables. Penne pasta in a vodka-infused tomato mascarpone cream sauce, accompanied by spicy Sicilian broccolini and seasonal grilled vegetables.
Each plate showcased vibrant, seasonal ingredients and offered options for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free guests. As the sun set over the water, guests were treated to a playful and unforgettable late-night snack—Dick’s Burgers, a true Seattle classic.
