With the sparkling waters of Hood Canal as their backdrop, Madison and Anthony said “I do” in unforgettable style. Hama Hama Oyster Saloon, nestled at the water’s edge, offered sweeping mountain views and serene coastal beauty, a truly unique setting for their celebration.
The weekend began with a welcoming rehearsal dinner, where Madison and Anthony treated guests to a delicious paella buffet enjoyed al fresco by the water. It was the perfect start to a weekend of love, great food, and lasting memories.
Their wedding day could not have been more beautiful. Beneath the golden summer sun, they exchanged vows in an open field framed by rolling hills and a picturesque historic barn. After the ceremony, they welcomed guests to the Hama Hama Oyster Saloon for seafood appetizers and delightful summer drinks.
The dinner menu featured a delightful Blackberry and Champagne Salad with crumbled goat cheese, pickled red onion, and vanilla-chipotle spiced pecans, followed by Spice-Rubbed Salmon with Dijon cream sauce and Herb-Crusted Chicken Breast with roasted grapes, caramelized shallots, and Madeira pan sauce. Guests also enjoyed Truffle-Scented Macaroni and Cheese with brown butter panko crusting, Roasted New Potato Salad with watercress, scallions, and gorgonzola vinaigrette, and a colorful array of Pike Place Market Grilled Vegetables. To complete the meal, fresh French baguette was served with herb-infused olive oil and aged balsamic vinegar.
It was a weekend to remember! We are so happy for these two incredible souls as they begin their next chapter together. It was truly an honor being a part of their wedding weekend!
