We are thrilled for Katy & Matthew who celebrated their beautiful wedding date at Rosehill Community Center! Nestled in the heart of Mukilteo, Washington, this stunning venue perfectly blends elegance with breathtaking natural beauty. Overlooking the picturesque Puget Sound, this stunning location offers a serene backdrop of shimmering waters and majestic mountain views, creating the perfect setting.

Their evening began with tray-passed appetizers that included crispy tostones topped with creamy avocado relish and citrus prawns, zucchini and corn quesadillas with vibrant avocado relish, and Bulgogi beef lettuce wraps bursting with flavor and paired with house-pickled vegetables and tangy gochujang aioli. These delightful bites set the tone for the feast to come.

For the buffet dinner, guests enjoyed a crisp Caesar salad with chipotle-roasted chickpeas and shaved heirloom radishes, followed by Jerk chicken paired with roasted pineapple salsa and grilled flat iron steak drizzled with Blue Ribbon’s signature brandied fig sauce. Sides included fragrant coconut rice with scallion curls, a chipotle-roasted sweet potato salad with roasted red peppers and queso fresco, and a colorful grilled vegetable platter seasoned with fleur de sel. Artisan bread served with herb-infused olive oil and aged balsamic vinegar tied everything together perfectly.

To end the night on a sweet note, Katy and Matthew treated their guests to a mini dessert buffet featuring fudge brownie bites topped with Nutella mousse frosting and hazelnut dust, assorted French macarons, petite wedges of New York cheesecake drizzled with dark chocolate fudge and garnished with fresh berries, and zesty Italian lemon bars adorned with fresh raspberries.
