COOKING WORKSHOP for Donating Meals

At Blue Ribbon Cooking, community engagement and the joy of culinary experiences are central to our mission. Recently, our team of professional chefs spent an afternoon at St. Joseph School in Seattle, where they mentored over 170 young individuals, teaching them the art of cooking while simultaneously preparing over 200 meals to give back to the community.

During the session, students were guided through crafting a delightful Italian panzanella salad, making homemade lasagna, and creating playful springtime garden dessert cups.

At Station 1 & 2, each student had the opportunity to assemble their own Italian Panzanella Salad to take home and share with their families.

At Station 3 & 4, we prepared and donated family-sized lasagnas (200 servings) to support the community.

Finally, at Station 5 & 6, participants enjoyed crafting Springtime Garden Dessert Cups, offering a sweet conclusion to the day's activities.
