2025-2026 Winter Break Camps - Space is Limited!

Blue Ribbon Cooking, located in Seattle, offers world-class culinary camps for beginner to advanced students. The kitchen is always the coziest place to be! We are inviting mini chefs, ages 7 to 12, to join us in the kitchen for an opportunity to learn new recipes and culinary techniques. Each lesson will teach kitchen safety and proper techniques while also inviting creativity and exploration of ingredients. We make cooking fun!

 Each day will be divided into a morning and afternoon session, with a break in between where we eat lunch and play games while the kitchens are cleaned and reset for the next session. Kids are typically grouped by age, with tasks and skills tailored to their developmental level. Lunch, snacks and water are provided. Long hair should be pulled back, and all students must wear closed toed shoes.

Timeframe: 9am – 3pm | Price: $200 per day | Ages: 7-12

Baking Workshop

Whip, mix, and bake your way through sweet and savory treats! Get hands-on with dough, batter, and fun decorating techniques. In the afternoon, with assistance from the chef instructor, you’ll get creative with your own ideas, experimenting with flavors and shapes.

Mexican Favorites
Taco Tuesday Camp

Spice things up! We’ll make favorites like tacos, salsas, enchiladas, empanadas, and other tasty creations while learning how to prepare ingredients with bold flavors. In the afternoon, you can mix, match, and experiment with your own ideas, with help from your chef instructor.

Italian Camp

Mangia! Explore classic Italian flavors while rolling, tossing, and shaping your own pasta, pizza, and more. Then you’ll put the skills you learned to work, making Italian dishes of your own with tips from your chef instructor.

All-American Comfort Food Camp

Get cozy in the kitchen making warm, hearty dishes from scratch. You’ll earn fun hands-on techniques to make familiar dishes and enjoy the delicious results! After lunch, you’ll put your skills to work and create your own twist on comfort food dishes, with guidance from your chef instructor.

Payment in full due at registration. Camp fees are non-refundable. With two (2) weeks notice, the camp fee may be transferred for up to two (2) years towards a future camp or any of our events, classes, or merchandise. Blue Ribbon will retain 50% of the camp fee for any cancellations made within two (2) weeks of the start of camp session to cover the purchase of supplies and ingredients.
