It was an honor hosting this fantastic corporate social event at The Showbox Sodo! From live music to a variety of delicious appetizer stations, this event brought together an incredible group of guests for an evening filled with energy, connection, and unforgettable moments.

An elegant display set the tone with a beautifully curated selection of artisanal bites, featuring assorted cheeses and house-cured meats paired with seasonal fresh and dried fruits. Guests enjoyed vanilla-chipotle spiced pecans, herb-roasted olives, and Pike Place Market marinated vegetables alongside homemade tapenades and hand-rolled vegetarian dolmas. Rustic rosemary cracker bread and warm French baguettes were complemented by gluten-free crackers, all thoughtfully garnished with homegrown herbs and edible flowers.

The stationed appetizers and light bites offered a dynamic and flavorful experience, from grilled bruschetta with port-infused goat cheese, fresh figs, and basil to miniature citrus-poached white fish tacos with orange olive salsa and chimichurri crema. Guests were also treated to Kobe beef sliders with white cheddar and alderwood smoked bacon jam, buttermilk fried chicken and waffles with triple crème brie and maple glaze, and vibrant lettuce wraps featuring lemongrass tofu or bulgogi beef with pickled vegetables and gochujang aioli.

Additional highlights included firecracker prawn skewers, individual servings of truffle-scented macaroni and cheese with brown butter panko, and a Mediterranean quinoa salad with chickpeas, olives, and fire-roasted peppers. The experience concluded with a mini dessert buffet of French macarons, gluten-free double chocolate brownies, and petite wedges of New York cheesecake finished with raspberry coulis.
