  • With this traditional format members of your group are led by chef instructors to create a pre-determined four-course meal of your choice. The complete meal consists of appetizers (the only items prepared in advance by your chefs - so you can be greeted with them upon your arrival), a salad or soup course, an entrée, and a dessert course served with our signature Blue Ribbon coffee. Choose one of our popular themed menus here on our Seasonal Menu Options document.  If you have some other recipes or menu themes in mind, we are very happy to accommodate them.

  • With this format, groups work collaboratively to create a gourmet menu that they will enjoy together.  Once the cooking is complete… it is time for your team to relax. Our chefs will plate and serve you the gourmet meal you created while you kick back at our lakeside tables.
