How many chefs can stir the pot? Cooking elbow to elbow with your coworkers, learning new culinary techniques, sipping drinks, laughing and sharing a group-made meal is a great medium for team building and bonding, showing how cooperation and teamwork make for a more motivated, more efficient and high-performing team.

With this traditional format members of your group are lead by chef instructors to create a pre-determined four course meal of your choice. The complete meal consists of appetizers (the only items prepared in advance by your chefs – so you can be greeted with them upon your arrival), a salad or soup course, an entrée and a dessert course served with our signature Blue Ribbon coffee. You can compose your menu course by course or you may choose one of our popular themed menus. You’ll find all of those options here on our Seasonal Menu Options document. If you have some other recipes or menu themes in mind, we are very happy to accommodate them.
With this format groups work collaboratively to create a gourmet menu that they’ll enjoy together. Once the cooking is complete… its time for your team to relax. Our chef’s will plate and serve you the gourmet meal you created while you kick back at our lakeside tables.
