Battle with coworkers to win the Iron Chef title in our kitchens! Fast paced creative fun conceiving of several appetizers and then shaking, blending and muddling your own cocktail creations.

30 minutes: dining and imbibing at our lakeside tables
Upon arrival guests are greeted with a European cheese and fruit board and beverage bar including non-alcoholic beverages for a 1/2 hour reception. After a brief group introduction and explanation of the event by one of Blue Ribbon’s event managers, guests are divided into teams and introduced to their chef instructors.
Guests will participate in the hands-on competition for the next one hour and fifteen minutes. Each group will create two savory and one sweet appetizer and one paired cocktail. Judging takes place during the final half hour while guests are indulging in the appetizers and cocktails that they have created.
