The premise is simple. The kitchen is a familiar, yet powerful, environment for simulating real world challenges and the perfect host for team building activities. Our formats may be competitive in the manner of an Iron Chef style competition or an orchestrated collaboration that strengthens the cohesiveness of the entire team. Our hands-on approach assures that all of your team members will get involved and that each will be an integral part of the team effort needed to create a beautiful gourmet meal.
Using the kitchen as a learning environment, groups of corporate executives, management and sales teams work together to create a gourmet meal, then sit down together and enjoy it. Challenges to the group’s creativity, communication, cooperation and time/resource management are inherent in the cooking process. In addition, the experience is designed to allow everyone from the novice cook to a master chef to participate comfortably.

Cookbook authors, executive chefs, food business owners, caterers, private and personal chefs, private cooking instructors, food writers and editors compose our team of chef instructors. Not only have they made their mark in the local community with their fabulous food and inventive style, but they have incredible personalities, and instruct in a fun and entertaining manner that all of our guests find approachable.
