There's nothing like celebrating amidst sleek cars and festive lights. Whether it's admiring classic rides or taking a joyride in the simulator, this unique setting brings a whole new level of excitement to the season. The dinner was a scrumptious feast! The menu highlights include our Cedar Plank Salmon with Flambeed Washington Apples and Crispy Sage, Boneless Braised Beef Short Rib with Umami Redux, and Truffle Macaroni and Cheese with Brown Butter Panko Crusting.
