Blue Ribbon Catering
Blue Ribbon provides catering services to meet the most demanding needs and the highest standards of excellence. We provide catering for private events at our beautiful facility overlooking Lake Union, or at a location of your choosing.
We specialize in catering services for wedding receptions, birthdays, anniversaries and corporate events. We will work with your event coordinator to select a menu taking into consideration any dietary issues. All event pricing includes the use of our tables, chairs, French-country linens, glassware, silverware, and china. Non-alcoholic beverages also are included in the price per guest. Guests also may use our dance floor, microphone and projection screen for no additional charge. Breakfast and lunch events include the use of our waterfront facility for 2 hours; dinner events include 3 hours.** Additional hours can be purchased at $250 per hour, per room. The number of rooms in use depends on the number of guests attending the event. Final event pricing will be subject to 9.3% catering tax and 18% gratuity.
Hosts may provide wine and beer for their catered event as long as Blue Ribbon is notified at least two weeks in advance and a banquet permit supplied by the host. There is a $5 corkage fee per bottle of wine. The corkage fee is calculated based on the number of bottles brought into the facility, not the number of bottles consumed. The corkage fee includes the use of Blue Ribbon's wine glasses and corkscrews. There is no additional fee for bringing in beer.

Our Catering Director
Vanessa Johns-Webster started her culinary career as a Blue Ribbon dishwasher and has since worked her way up to become Director of Catering and Youth programs. She also has served as a private chef, a paid consultant for a local start-up business, and earned an Associates Degree in marketing from Seattle Central Community College.
Vanessa will help you coordinate your special event with a minimum of stress to create the most memorable occasion.
